Imagination and creation are the keys to success!

It's impossible to be happy or sad or prosperous or thin simultaneously. Contrast and difference can help us better understand what we want out of life. There are two ways to create your life: "having" something and "not having" something.
To achieve your life goals, you must focus on "the having" rather than "the wanting." You must focus on money if you want to make money. Focus on having the relationship of your dreams if you want a relationship. A slim and trim body is something you should strive for.
Rather than looking at the positive aspects of our situation, we tend to focus on the negative aspects. To create something new, you must first have the ability to do so. And that, my friends, is the crux of the matter. A lack of it is your point of attraction, and you are creating more of that by focusing on this fact. It's hard to focus on the money you want when your mailbox is clogged with past-due bills every day. Because the scales refuse to budge, it's challenging to focus on becoming fit, thin, and at a healthy weight if you're overweight. It can be challenging to focus on your relationship if you eat dinner alone every night, making it more elusive than ever.
To consciously "create" the life of your dreams, you must focus your attention on what you want and what you need to achieve it. As a result, visualizations and even daydreaming come into play. Is there anything you won't do to get the sensation of having it right now? As a result, you will be able to design the life you want consciously. When it comes to what you're "feeling," you're not alone. The more you feel wrong about the debt in your mailbox every day, the more of it you'll have to deal with.
Controlling your thoughts can be a challenge. That's something we can all get behind. What I call "chunking" is a way to break down your thoughts into smaller, more manageable chunks. Be deliberate in setting aside 15 minutes each day to visualize what you desire consciously. It doesn't matter if you're driving, exercising, or vacuuming the house; you can still meditate. During this time, imagine what the finished product will look like in your mind. Imagine what your life would be like if you achieved your dreams. Make use of all of your senses. Develop the discipline to return to your daydream if your mind wanders back to unpleasant thoughts during the 15 minutes. It's okay to have a "daydream chunk" at least once a day, twice a day, or even more often.
You will be well on your way to realizing your dreams if you practice this discipline.
