How many times have you been told that achieving your objectives is the key to your success? You may be surprised to discover that establishing goals is just the beginning of achieving success. A goal is a specific objective that we may reach by taking small, manageable actions. You can't describe it as simply a want or a need; it has its own life. A goal is something you have in mind that you want to accomplish in the future by taking concrete steps. More than a simple want or desire, this is a need.
